Basic repair policy

There is an up-front charge of $35 to diagnose your computer's problems.
If we can fix the problem for $35 or less, we go ahead and do so. Otherwise, we apply the fee toward the needed repairs. If the repairs are going to exceed
this amount, we phone you and advise you of the approximate amount of the repair
in both labor and parts. Labor is billed as a job, not time, so there are no surprises. Our rates average about $35 per hour.
On rare occasions, we find another problem after solving the original problem. This might result in an additional charge, but, we will notify you before we proceed to rectify
secondary problems. All parts carry a 90(+) day warrantee.

Most printers and monitors are unfortunately not repairable. Computers requiring a new CPU and/or motherboard are seldom worth the cost of repair.
